The 2020 Season Registration window will open July 2nd and will close Aug 5th. All players must complete a registration form in order to be allowed to play. Parents may either register their player online the Junior Chiefs football website (sequoyahfootball.com) or offline by returning the completed registration form and payment to Jeff Craig (6th grade), Jim Darling (7th grade) or Jamey Cagle (8th grade). Regardless of registration type (online or offline), parents are asked to complete the attached forms and return it to their head coach by August 5th.
For the 2020 season we will be reducing player fee to $380. Due to fees being reduced players will not be keeping their game jerseys this year. This season we will be setting up an online store for anyone interested in purchasing the player pack items (T-Shirts, Shorts, Compression Shirts, etc.). Parents and players will not have access to the Player Pack store until all fees have been paid. Once fees are paid parents will receive the access code to order their player pack. The later the player pack is ordered the longer it will take to get to your player.

All fees must be completely paid on or before Aug 5th.
The fees paid to this organization are non-refundable.
Equipment will be handed out to PLAYERS at the scheduled walk up Registration.
$150 Volunteer Deposit AND $250 Equipment Deposit checks (Deposit checks are ONLY cashed at the end of the season if volunteer requirements go unmet or equipment is not returned)
All players must submit a copy of their birth certificate, the GMSAA waivers, and the concussion waiver by July 22 (waivers can be found on the documents page).
