Sequoyah Jr. Chiefs
Welcome to the Sequoyah Jr. Chiefs Football Program!
We are the feeder football program for Sequoyah High School in Cherokee County, Georgia.
The Sequoyah Jr. Chiefs offers 6th, 7th and 8th grade football for students that live inside of the Sequoyah High School district zone. We currently offer Junior and Varsity programs for each grade level.
Registration for the 2024 Season is Now Open!
***When registering, please select the grade level for the team your player will be playing on in the fall of 2024, not their current grade.

Required Documents for the 2024 Season
After registering online, all of the following will need to be filled out and turned in at the player's first practice to complete their registration:
- Completed Physical Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Signed GMSAA Waiver
- Signed GMSAA Concussion Awareness Form
- Signed GMSAA COVID Waiter
- Copy of Current Utility Bill for GMSAA Registration (Gas, Electric or Water)
* All players are required to have a current physical, using the form above, for the 2024 season prior to the 1st practice. Physicals are good for one year, but must cover the entire season.
Required Player Equipment
All players will need the following:
- Football Cleats
- Black Football Pants
- Mouth Guards (We recommend the mouth guards that attach to the player's facemask. We'll also have extras, as they are prone to getting lost.)
- Large Water Jug for every practice and game
